2. Any one of the following

• Valid Sales Tax Registration Certificate/ TIN
• Shop & Establishment Certificate with authorization
• Recommendation letter from a registered association
• Recommendation letter on letter pad of the organization signed by authorized person

3. Valid ID Proof – Driving License or PAN Card or Election Card
